Flip is a new artisan fast food restaurant in Ashland Oregon, serving 100% chuck, hand formed patties made with all grass-fed, naturally raised cattle from Oregon Natural Beef on house made, organic brioche buns baked fresh daily at our sister bakery

rom Boylan, a natural soda company who has ceded high quality, GMO free ingredients, pure cane sugar, natural extracts and oils since 1891 made in small batches. Our cheese comes from the world renowned Rogue Creamery in Central point. We make milk shakes from Mix's organic ice cream using Straus Creamery base, organic cane sugar and seasonal ingredients. It's high quality food, served fast, at an affordable price with a smile.
