Wallflour (formerly Bittersweet Bakery) is a small bake shop located in downtown Ashland NE. At Wallflour, we specialize in old school, American, classic pastries, sweet rolls, cookies, cupcakes, and a whole lot more. We are always looking to create a fresh new spin on a classic sweet treat and we strive to do it best.

Oh hello there :) Long time no see! Just popping in to let you all know that Wallflour will have a table set up at the farmers market in Ashland tomorrow morning from 9-Noon!
Our booth is being run by our little girls as they have shown an entrepreneurial spirit lately, and they also love baking, so there you go :) We will have some bread, our Grandma's Rye to be exact, but our main focus will be our scones! There will be Honey Blueberry, Honey Butter, Almond Apricot, and White Chocolate Raspberry. They are very excited to attend the Market and we hope to see many smiling faces! See you tomorrow ❤️
