Sometimes things just take longer than they're supposed to. We're trying to rest and enjoy this *mandatory* time off, but we're really ready to get back to serving you. We'll be back whenever the shop finishes up the repairs, thanks for your patience everyone. 🙏 I'll try not to go crazy with anxiety in the meantime 🙃

Sometimes people are honestly, really sweet. A new customer, and friend, brought a large box of assorted mushrooms to the shack today, and now we get to enjoy some of them sautéed and put on some butter toasted Coquette sourdough, with dill cream, finished with a little Sicilian orange olive oil. The Rogue Valley Growers & Crafters Market is truly a special place ♥️ Thank you Brian!

Today, Saturday 4/18, we're at The Drift Collective Ashland 11-6, with one of my favorites, smoked char siu (Chinese BBQ pork), which tastes NOTHING like what you get at the Chinese restaurants around here; marinated, smoked, lacquered and fatty, it's like a trip to SF Chinatown.
