A big thank you to everyone that came out last Sunday and supported us and all the vendors at the Trestle Patio . It was an absolute blast! We are hoping to come back again sometime this summer for another of their Sunday Markets. Give them a follow so you dont miss what's coming. Good music, good food and drink, and good fun! Thanks again to Ruth and David and everyone else that worked to put such a fun event together.

The food truck lineup for Sunday is here and your appetite better be ready! 58 Street Grill is pulling up to Trestle Patio on May 3rd. Old school food truck, new school menu. They're bringing:
+ Spicy Chicken Tacos
+ Pork Tacos
+ Beef Tongue Tacos
+ Chicken Torta
+ Birria Chimichanga

Yeah, you read that right. Birria chimichanga. 😋

Sunday Social kicks off May 3rd, 4pm till late. Food trucks, live music, local vendors, yard games, inflatables, cold drinks, and giveaways. Free admission and open to everyone. Downtown Bismarck at Trestle Patio.

Merry Christmas to all our food truck families! Hope your stocking are full of goodies. We want to thank everyone for an awesome year. We did a lot of new areas this year and are already booking events for 2026. And we are planning to add another truck to the fleet so look out! So we are winding down on the yearly schedule but this last one is a good one. If you need something to do this beautiful weekend head to Pierpont, SD for the Back Forty Corn Maze. We will be serving up some spooky surprises for everyone. Tonight from 7-9, Saturday from 10am-9pm and Sunday from 10am-4pm. There is something for everyone. See you there!

Just wanted to thank everyone for the support last weekend while we served during the 100th Sauerkraut Days in Wishek. It was a great time and was nice to see some old faces along with some new. Thanks again Wishek for asking us and thanks to Mike Schmitz of 701FoodTrucks for his hard work in putting all the trucks together and supplying his equipment. It's always a pleasure working with him.
