Alrighty folks 2026 struck again. Right in the middle of lunch, our fryer decided it didn’t feel like working anymore. The good news is I just got back into town with the replacement. Unfortunately it needs to be scrubbed and with me just boiling it out, it’s incredibly hot and I can’t do much else with it this evening. We are going to push to a 9 am opening tomo. We need to be up and fully functioning for all you wonderful moms this weekend. Sorry for any inconvenience but I can assure you this wasn’t what we wanted either. We will see everyone tomo, just a little later than usual. Oh and it appears that everyone wants the Steak Sandwich to stay huh? Have a great night folks!

The amount of feedback we got from this sandwich requires us to run it back today. It even has the possibility of becoming a permanent part of the Galley. 1/2 pound of Sirloin, Red Onion and Portabella Mushrooms. Melted Swiss Cheese, Horseradish Mayo and a little Steak Sauce on a Ciabatta. Comes with fresh cut fries as well. Have a great day folks!
