We love helping out where we can!

Meet Krysta Papineau, part owner and manager of Calvert's Sugar Shack, wife, and mother of one. Here she poses with some of her skillfully made sweet treats for the crews serving your community. When asked, she said she "picked 16 pounds of blueberries yesterday to make these for the crews today." The firefighters were grateful for such delicious food. Did you know that the Oregon State Fire Marshal attempts to locally source and pay community members for providing services to the teams of firefighters that come to serve communities in need?

AWYS’s main goal is to provide a positive environment for building a foundation of skills, teamwork, accountability and love of sports. AWYS offers organized sport activities in youth football, basketball, volleyball, and track, as well as free summer sports camps.
