Sorry about the video y’all! It was busy and tough to get to everything and I know I was rushing a bit to get it all in…..I just decided to post some highlight photos instead! Too much to get into a video without giving everyone vertigo. We had a wonderfully busy first day! Met many wonderful people and enjoyed seeing so many locals and lifelong friends that stopped by. Thank you to everyone who came by today. We are truly blessed! I hope you had a good experience with us! (Thank you, Hannah Marie for the wonderful work you did on our signs, and for popping back over to add new items 💕

Tomorrow will be bitter sweet for my family! As we open the doors for the first time, I can’t help but think of my sweet daddy. He so wanted to be around for this day and my heart breaks that all we have are our memories spent with him walking around the market and pointing out what we did wrong (just kidding, but dad was in general contracting and he always had to tell us what he thought, which we loved and appreciated!! His prayer was to be here for opening but God had other plans. He needed a general contractor in Heaven with Him. Tonight I shed a few tears and probably tomorrow, too, just thinking about him sharing the day with us and having him a good ‘ ole sandwich. Nothing would’ve made be more proud than to have had him by our side. But I know he’s watching over everything and making notes as to what we need to do better on, and that’s ok by me! He’s pain free!! I miss him everyday but his Army uniform hangs lovingly in our market so I have a great memory to look at all day long! We will miss him even more tomorrow, as we open. So glad he was able to be around for a lot of the process, though. He is now our guardian angel!

*****BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!*****

Hey guys!! Friday is the day we have been waiting for…..the Market Over Yonder is going to OPEN!!! Come on out and join us and enjoy all kinds of goodness from our wonderful deli sandwiches to our fantastic ice cream to the delicious baked goods and don’t forget that fresh produce!!

We just ask that you please be patient with us and be kind to our team of workers as we are all learning and are going to try our best to give each visitor a great customer experience. We promise, it will not be without flaw, so please give us a little grace and understanding as we serve you in the coming days.

The market isn’t fully stocked just yet as new items will continue to be added over the coming weeks and months. Our butcher shop isn’t open yet as we had to wait on all necessary approvals before being fully open. We did receive those approvals and did have a couple of our plump beef slaughtered yesterday and will be ready for you guys in about two weeks.

So, we can’t wait to see everyone in just a couple of days and boy oh boy, are we glad and thankful that this day is here!!! 😁😁

We have fresh half runners and fresh Roma beans picked right here in our community!!

We also have some beautiful stripey tomatoes as well as pink and purples plus some of the prettiest red maters you’ve seen.

We have bunches of watermelons and cantaloupes for you to choose from!!

We are now offering half runners by the bushel as well as bulk pricing on peaches, red tomatoes, beets, corn and pickling cucumbers.

Come on out today July 3rd, 9-6. We have LOTS of watermelon for your 4th of July festivities!!! We also have other wonderful produce, local honey, baked goods (even some 4th of a July, decorate your own, cookie kits ☺️), a few fried pies left, homemade pickles, and much more!! It’s a wonderful weekend to celebrate America and we are so thankful for those who serve and have served our beautiful country! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE and protecting our freedoms!
