One of the very first dishes we ever made and y’all turned it into a crowd favorite. The name? Our customers gave it that. The love? That came naturally.

🍛 Creole Kissed Scallopz & Gritz
Our newer dish made with king oyster mushroom “scallopz,” scored and seasoned, served over smoked gouda cheese gritz and topped with a rich Creole bell pepper sauce. A whole vibe.

🌶️ Mexican Cornbread
A childhood classic straight from my mama’s kitchen, the stuffed cornbread she always made for potlucks and special moments. Now it pairs perfectly with our gumbo.
