THE “COMING SOON” SIGN IS OFFICIALLY GONE. 👀☕️

We finally ripped down the temporary sign… because the real Condesa Coffee sign is going up. 🙌🏾

This is one of those moments we’ve been dreaming about. After months of planning, permits, construction, and countless behind-the-scenes decisions, seeing our name on the building makes it all feel real.

Grant Park… we’re almost ready for you.

The painting is done.

Today, the paint is going up.

This project has come with delays, challenges, and lessons. But every step has reminded us that the plan isn’t ours to control.

When it’s time, the doors will open.

They don’t see the permit delays.
The construction dust.
The piles of debris.
The countless decisions.
The moments where you wonder if it’ll ever be finished.

Today, it’s drywall, covered windows, and a sign waiting for its moment.

Soon, it’ll be first dates, morning meetings, post-BeltLine coffee runs, and a community gathering place.

Progress rarely looks pretty while it’s happening.
