During the 1960s, Atlanta gained the reputation as a progressive city at the center of the civil rights movement, setting itself apart from the racial violence occurring across the south.

As a more diverse business community began to blossom, ATL was dubbed “The City Too Busy To Hate.” It was this inclusive motto that inspired our brand, a small nod to the rich history and spirit of this wonderful city: Busy’s!
More than four decades later, hate continues to rear it’s ugly head, both in our state and across the country... Busy’s stands in support of the black community, and wants to be part of the solution.

In celebration of the diversity of our Midtown customers and in the spirit of our name, we pledge to donate $300 to the Atlanta Solidarity Fund in order to support local activists that have been arrested for speaking up and taking action against social injustice.

We’ve missed you, Atlanta! Busy’s will be OPEN Wednesday with a few safety-focused changes 💪

• new procedures for ordering, payment and food hand-off will keep customers and employees at a safe distance
• our paired down menu will include your shave ice & coffee favorites + new house-made flavors!
• due to the small size of our trailer, we will only have one employee working at a time. We appreciate your patience as they both take orders & shave ice 💙
• in order to keep the line moving, we will be pausing our smoothie service
