What started as a temporary couple months position when Minero first opened in 2015 turned into an incredible 10 year journey of growth, leadership, and dedication. Through her hard work, passion for hospitality, and commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences, Alex has become an integral part of Minero’s story.

From helping guide our team through years of growth and change to preparing for Atlanta’s exciting World Cup summer, her impact can be felt in every corner of our restaurant.

Tuna Crudo 🍣🔥

Sushi grade tuna marinated in chipotle aioli, layered over cucumber-ginger sauce, topped with chili oil, green onion, and Fresno chiles, and served with crispy guajillo tostadas.
