Everybody see the plated food on Instagram… nobody see the part where chefs gotta turn into delivery drivers too 😂

If a client wants food delivered at 9:30, realistically I need to be DONE cooking way before then. Packaging everything, keeping the food hot, cleaning up, loading the car, organizing sauces/drinks/utensils, fighting traffic, and hoping Uber Courier don’t cancel last minute 🤦🏾‍♂️

Tonight the delivery app canceled after the food was already ready, so I had to personally finish the delivery myself.

Being a chef really be cooking, logistics, customer service, cleanup, and time management all at once.

Respect your chefs 😂
