In light of new climate, we are unsure of being able to recover from the mandatory close.

We have decided to open the building for lease, rent to own and/or Sale at cost, might even work out an owner finance. If you have the Capital for a start up or dream to own your own business, right now is the time to take advantage of our loss. The mandated closure will not last forever.
