It’s been 1 year 1 month and 7 days since Il Verdi closed the doors due to COVID-19. I started this page because I wanted to keep in touch with friends and make new ones.
Well my COVID break only lasted till July if I remember correctly it was the 11th. In two weeks a team was put together by our VP Christopher Rippy that included Patrick,Chef D. Carlos, Donna, Chef Al and myself to name a few. Chelsea 5 Poolside was born... we were busy every single night.. 7 days a week Breakfast lunch and dinner. It was a beautiful thing to see in the middle of a pandemic!! The work was hard and it was worth every drop of sweat from our brows. Summer ended and inside we went. We made inside the most comfortable you can be in a time where 6ft distancing was a must and the capacity in the dining room only 43..those great minds once again made it happen. We expanded the dining room utilized great space and have survived quite nicely!! Capacities have gone up 50 and we’ve had some great weekends since Valentines Day❤️
With a heavy heart but a huge smile under my mask 😷🤩😄 Il Verdi is finally opening up its doors👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.
April 23rd at 5pm we are back!!!!
So doing what we do capacity is still limited and for those of you who know Il Verdi @ Tropicana/ Caesar’s Entertainment we have no where to expand and all COVID protocols will be in
place. I will be there to welcome you all back along with OUR amazing team.
Come check us out. Looking forward to meeting some of you for the first time🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Hi everyone 👋🏻 so when I started this page I asked that we stay in touch, let us know how you are ( hopefully healthy🙏🏻) and what we’ve been doing to pass our time at home with our loved ones. So here are a few things I’ve been doing since.... show me some of what you’ve been doing. Can’t wait to get back to Il Verdi.. but for now stay home stay healthy ❤️
