Today is a TWO-FLAVOR-DROP, GRAND-OPENING kind of Friday! 🎉 We’re officially opening our doors in North Brunswick at 11am AND we are dropping 2 new flavors (at ALL locations). 🍨

🥭 Mango Lassi- Homemade Greek Yogurt sweet cream ice cream with a homemade mango jam swirl (contains dairy).

🍪 Milk and Cookies- Homemade vanilla ice cream packed with crushed chocolate chip cookies and handfuls of chocolate chips.

New flavors. New location. Same ridiculously good homemade small-batch ice cream. 🥰

A little behind-the-scenes truth from the Creamery…

The cost of premium chocolate has freaking exploded over the last couple years. (Seriously… google it.)

After mixing, tasting (and cringing 😵‍💫) at test batches made with lower-quality chocolate… we said absolutely not.

We refuse to downgrade the chocolate in our beloved 20-year-old hot fudge recipe. No fillers. No weird shortcuts. No “good enough.” We’re KEEPING the ridiculously rich, small-batch fudge you guys are obsessed with. ❤️

But here’s the rub: at today’s chocolate prices, when we pour hot fudge on your sundae… we literally make NO money on it. ZILCH.

And to sell “to-go” cups at the price we’d actually need to charge to cover costs? Let’s just say… even WE had sticker shock.

So for now, hot fudge is staying an in-store-only experience. It’s our way of protecting the quality you love while still keeping sundaes magical.

At Nicholas Creamery, quality will always win over cutting corners. 🫶🏻🍦
