It is with sadness and a bit of excitement that we share the China Hut will be closing our doors after 26 years of serving Chinese and American cuisine in the Atlantic Community.
We thank all who came to try out food and especially those who regularly patronized our small , family-owned business.
We came to Iowa to make a living for our family and we leave having made this community our home.
While this is the end of China Hut, a new family has purchased our building and equipment to make their American dream come true.
We hope Atlantic will welcome a new, family-run restaurant for many years to come.
It was such a pleasure serving you for the past three decades. We are looking forward to new endeavors and time to spend with our family. Thank you everyone!!!!

We would like to clear things up. The rumor about us closing is not true. We will continue at our normal operating hours Tuesday -Sunday 11am-2pm and 4:30pm-9pm

Hello and welcome.

We will no longer be issuing gift certificates moving forward. We wish to honor those valid gift certificates purchased this past year. We realize we have friends and patrons all over the US and abroad, who may have been gifted these certificates.

We invite you come dine with us, share memories, and enjoy your favorite foods to your stomachs' content. We are currently in discussion on an official statement. In the meantime, there will always be a table open, and carry-out orders to go.
