Bittersweet day as we said a farewell to our trailer and bring this business to a final close. Thank you all for the support during our time open, it was truly special.

We could not be more excited to be keeping the trailer local and with a fellow cajun lover at T-Macs Cajun Pot!! Yall follow him on socials and support by visiting as he expands his already successful food truck business.
We will be coming by for a Po'Boy soon!!

Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy. 🚚 🚚

It has come time for us to announce that we are closing 'Good To Geaux' and moving forward. This decision was not easy by any means, but it is what is best for our family. In the past two plus years, owning the food truck allowed for me (Jared) to be more or less a stay at home father to our son which was a blessing beyond measure, but as children grow needs change as well and a new path is set before us now.
