1974-2022
There are no words to try and express the emotions that are going through our hearts on this day. It seems like yesterday that we had a dream in Colfax to purchase Dingus McGee's. A place where Danielle loved and worked for many years. For me it was a stage to perform my passion for food, entertainment, laughter and enjoying time with great friends or friends we haven't met yet. Thank you to the town of Colfax for making our time there like no other. You are the place where Dingus was established and created it's a place in time for so many memories for so many. Thank you to the town of Auburn our hometown where we both grew up in met in high school and have been together ever since. Thank you to our two boys Devon and Colton for all the good times and the understanding of the bad times of the restaurant industry, we love you so much you two. I can't express enough how blessed we are to have so many friends that have worked for Dingus for so many years, you are truly the reason why Dingus was so successful throughout the years. Most of all we want to thank and send so much love to all of you the friends that have supported us through the good times for so many years. The amount of love and support has taken our hearts. As we have our final dinner service this evening, when the last dinner is served and the key turns the lock for the final time our souls will be filled with so many emotions of sadness and the joy of a new chapter in our lives.
