Outside of work and her other roles as mother,grandmother and friend she has an unquenchable thirst for adventure. Next year she plans to hike the Grand Canyon.

Her drink of choice is The Knox, hot .

A little back story on why The Knox is named The Knox.
It is how the Knox family always prepared their lattes at home starting back when Sarah bought their first espresso machine in 2017.
Pure maple syrup and half and half. Simple perfection.It is even how our extended Knox family prefers their lattes at home and at coffee shops.
