Grandma Julia lives on ❤️

My brother and I made a promise to each other — that when the day came our grandmother was no longer with us, we wouldn’t let her legacy fade quietly.
We’d make her proud by carrying her spirit into everything we do, and by keeping her name alive in the most fitting way we know how — through food, family, and love.

Growing up, our favorite place in the world wasn’t a playground or a park — it was Grandma Julia’s kitchen.
We’d race over after school, drop our bags by the door, and watch her move like magic — dancing between pots and pans, humming old songs, dusting flour across the counter like snow. She didn’t just cook… she created. Every meal told a story, and every dish carried love that could feed the soul.

Those moments shaped who we are. They taught us that food isn’t just about taste — it’s about connection. It’s about tradition, and about passing something down that can outlive us.

That’s why every new Genova Pizza we open will include a mural dedicated to Grandma Julia — each one telling a different chapter of her story.
In Audubon, she reminds us where it all began — her warmth, her laughter, her strength.
In Sicklerville, we wanted to focus on her passion for cooking — the science behind her recipes, the precision that turned simple ingredients into perfection, and the patience that made every meal feel like home.

Her recipes still stand the test of time — not because they’re written down, but because they’re lived out.
Every dough we knead, every sauce we stir, every pizza that leaves our oven carries a piece of her heart.

She may be gone, but she’s here in every bite.
She’s in the laughter of our team, the aroma in the kitchen, the stories our customers share.
