Tik is the heart behind our appetizers at Pinto. From hand-rolling our fresh and fried
rolls to perfectly marinating and frying our chicken wings, every bite is made with years of experience and lots of love.

When she's not in the kitchen, you'll find her gardening, relaxing with a good TV show, or spending time at the beach with her family. A proud grandmother working alongside her daughter and grandchildren, Tik's favorite menu item is our Fresh Rolls--and it's easy to see why!
