Another beautiful Spring wedding at . Thanks to Lilly Green Thumbs for making a beautiful space for us to play with. Some of the yummy options to munch on were our Pepper Seared Tuna Tartare with Avocado Crema and Micro Greens on a Sesame-Wasabi Edible Spoon. Small plate carving station with Dry Rubbed Smoked Pork Tenderloin, Mini Wild Mushroom Risotto Cake, and House-Made Chimichurrie. Lamb Chop "Lollipop" with Mini Wild Mushroom Risotto Cake, and Chimichurrie. Cheese and Charcuterie Cups. Passed items included Smoked Salmon Quesadillas, Roasted "Tomato Pie" Brochettes, Spicy Three-Cheese Pimento Cheese Brochettes with Tomato-Bacon Jam, and Chicken and Sugar Pearl Waffle Bites with Espresso Martini Shooters for a late nite treat.
