I put Martin Foster Sw***er 's "American Seeds" album on yesterday and you could just hear how much fun he was having singing well-known, well-worn songs, many of them in public domain, a few originals, and some classic campfire songs. Some of the songs are a little twisted, like "Darling Clementine"... Then the original lyrics to " the daring young man on the flying trapeze" were talking about one version of the transgender experience way back in the early '90s when he recorded this in his home studio. These are songs that Martin was never going to record for one reason or another... It was one of the many projects I prodded him to complete. Many thanks to the people who invested in producing it. If you never had a copy of the CD don't worry, I have plenty left. I did find this just now on Amazon.... They have two CDs left at $299 each? It truly is a collectible! ct: American Seeds
