We'll be making our true 1/2lbs burgers. We dont buy who knows how old mass processed frozen patties from some food service company. We freshly grind ever ounce of fresh beef just before grilling for the freshest and tastiest burger you've ever had. And all our burgers are weighed out to 9oz before grilling so you get a true half lbs burger.
We'll also have fresh house made strawberry shortcake topped with house made mascarpone whipped cream.

As always we have what we have and once its gone I cant just whip up another batch so get yours while the getting is good.

Thanks everyone for the concern for our pup. We were afraid she rebroke her leg. We took her in for Xrays and her leg is still in good shape so.... Shes limping a bit but nothing crazy.

The unthinkable happened, Ive run out of coffee. Good news is my shipment is at the post office. Im also down to breakfast sandwiches for the time being. My awesome husband is running to go pick up my coffee order while I try and get reprepped. The Army is hungry today.
