I still can’t believe it took me more than 3 years to finally launch one of the most classic Asian flavors as a drink. 🤭

When I posted a story of the black sesame paste being made, the responses honestly caught me off guard. Seeing how excited everyone is made me a little emotional, because this flavor feels like home to me, it means a lot seeing so many of you enjoying it the same way I do.

I used highest quality slowly roasted organic black sesame from Taiwan and turned it into our house-made black sesame butter, so the deep nuttiness really shines through.

You can enjoy it by add an espresso, matcha, or hojicha shot or just simply on its own. The best part is each combination is classic combo and you will never go wrong with either of these. 😋

Guess who’s back? Mango Matcha 🥭

I already did the taste testing today.
Refreshing level: 100/10
Sweetness: a clean 5/10
Overall? Easy 10/10.

When I first put Mango Matcha on the menu 3 years ago and it blew up—people couldn’t get enough. Now matcha is everywhere and everyone’s doing their version of mango matcha… but in our humble opinion, real organic mango is what makes all the difference and always has. 🫶

It’s that time of year again — Hello, Spring!
This season’s lineup is all about floral, earthy, and herbal.

1. Carrot Cake
We slow-roast piles of carrots for hours, then turn them into a carrot cream cheese glaze. Finished with toasted pecans and a tangy cream cheese drizzle.

2. Afternoon Tea
An overnight cold-steeped Earl Grey tea glaze, topped with lavender shortbread cookie crumbs. Floral in every sense.

3. Olive Pistachio
One of our fan favorites. Inspired by olive cake, this doughnut features olive oil, rosemary, and lime glaze, finished with pistachios. A flavor you never knew you needed.

We’ve been working Irish cream into a special dessert every year, and here comes the 2026 version: Irish Cookie Butter.

Made with our house cookie butter glaze using Biscoff cookies, topped with an Irish cream drizzle, and finished with a light dusting of Dutch cocoa powder. Think rich, cozy, boozy vibes with deep dark chocolate and espresso notes.

Available starting tomorrow.

We tested this one over the weekend… and it instantly became a HIT. Roasted banana glaze, cinnamon walnut crunch topping, tangy cream cheese drizzle. It tastes just like classic banana bread — but with that soft, fresh doughnut feel you love. 🙌

New flavor launch: Blueberry Orange Thyme 🍊🫐🌿
Blueberry orange thyme glaze, topped with orange-thyme crumbs.
Flavor: 4.5/5
Availability: 1/5 (it took 4 hours just to get enough thyme to season the batch 😬)

When Berry Goat Crumble left the menu, we know a lot of you were bummed, so we brought in another herb-forward flavor to fill that gap! If you know us, you know we love sneaking herbs into our sweets. In the past, we’ve played with basil and rosemary, and those combos definitely blew some minds here.

Thyme, though? That one took us a while. We’ve been trying to make it work for years, and it never quite landed… until now.

If you’ve never had thyme paired with orange, you’re missing out. It’s bright, aromatic, and unexpectedly cozy. We also infused a touch of cinnamon-our little behind-the-scenes secret to keep all the flavors balanced and harmonious. 👏
