Here’s my take on the Viral Japanese Cheesecake & the recipe. I found that Chobani’s Greek plain yogurt was the best choice. It’s perfect for a single serving. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 single serving chobani yogurt
3 oz melted Biscoff Butter
3 Biscoff/Lotus cookies broken in half
1 Biscoff/Lotus cookie crumbles

Melt the cookie butter and stir it into the Chobani yogurt. Place your broken in half cookies in the yogurt. Sprinkle cookie crumbles on top then drizzle with remaining cookie butter. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
