We launched the 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 a few weeks back and y’all have been orderin’ the heck out of it! Haven’t swung by and indulged yet? Here’s what’s leaving our ovens these days:

The pie starts with a ginger carrot crème fraîche base, layered with our signature PHP cheese blend, habanero, and tender Jamaican jerk chicken. We bake it with crisp red bell peppers and jalapeños, then finish it hot out of the oven with a drizzle of jerk crema, bright peach salsa, and fresh cilantro.

After 103 thrilling matches over 5.5 weeks, the time has come for us to celebrate the FINAL match between Argentina and Spain today at 2PM.

More than anything, we’d like to extend a massive cheers to everyone who came together and chose to spend their World Cup with us! To the hundreds of you who purchased a Key Pass, hang on to it for the 2027 Women’s World Cup next summer when we get to do this all over again.

We're once again stoked to collaborate with Highland Park Brewery to bring you a fresh batch of the award-winning Timbo Pils just in time for their annual Timbo celebrations. It continually ranks as one of our absolute favorite beers to make each year, and this batch, releasing tomorrow at 11AM, is no different.

A crisp pilsner canvas packed with Saaz, SuperSaazer, Adeena, Magnum, Citra, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Hyperboost. Expect jam-packed notes of delicate pine, bright citrus, and gooseberry. The palate is super clean. Think water cracker meets resinous dankness, a firm upfront bitterness, and a crisp, dry, beautifully prickly carbonation bite.

Today at 2PM, the World Cup semis bring us a massive matchup between Spain and France and while the weather might be messy outside, we are bone-dry and ready to party inside our pubs. We’ll have the sound turned up on every TV, plus plenty of hot pizza and cold beers on tap to keep your energy up.

We've got another fresh West Coast IPA collab dropping tomorrow across all locations, and we couldn’t be more stoked to work with Cannonball Creek Brewing Company on this one! If you follow the beer awards circuit, you definitely know this Golden, CO-based powerhouse. We smashed the award-winning DNA of their Mindbender and our Green Battles together to craft the ultimate crushable West Coast IPA: Battle Bender!

𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗣𝗔 (𝟲.𝟴% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟮𝟬/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀)

Joining our menus this Wednesday is the 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻! This is one of our most popular Sicilian-style square pizzas over at our Brewing location, and we’re excited to begin offering it at our pizza pubs!

The Mushroom Man features a bright lemon olive oil base layered with our signature PHP cheese blend and earthy roasted mushrooms. Next comes a rich swirl of pumpkin seed pesto and dollops of creamy, whipped goat and ricotta cheese, creating a delicious balance of savory and tangy flavors. Straight out of the oven, it’s finished with a handful of fresh arugula and a sharp dusting of Parmesan.

As a reminder, this new pie joins our menu alongside our seasonal pizzas, the Armadillo and the Jerk Chicken Pizza, which will be available all summer long.
