We are unleashing seven fresh beers across the entire Pinthouse ecosystem tomorrow, including a special can release that started as a small-batch experiment in Round Rock. We liked this one so much that we decided to bring the magic to every location so the whole crew could get a taste.

𝗪𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝗜𝗣𝗔 (𝟲.𝟱% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟮𝟬/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀)
This hazy IPA is defined by a massive hop saturation of Simcoe, Sultana, and Riwaka, primarily supported by Citra and Citra Cryo. Navel orange and grapefruit peel aromas lead the way, followed by distinct notes of fresh strawberry. The mouthfeel remains soft and medium-bodied, offering a moderate bitterness that perfectly balances the subtle sweetness.

By utilizing cryo-frozen fresh Amarillo CGX Nuvo alongside Citra and Mosaic Cryo Fresh, we’ve captured that raw, harvest-day intensity right in the middle of spring. We added in some Loftus Simcoe Whole Leaf and Nelson Quantum Brite creating a massive profile of dank blueberry, sticky mango leather, and ruby red grapefruit. It’s a punchy, mouthcoating experience that hits heavy on the fruit before drying out fast.

Batch three of the Rogue Wave Series is a departure from our usual style, fermented with Bayern Lager yeast for a clean, crisp finish that lets the hops shine. We utilized the concentrated tech of Krush Cryo Fresh® and Strata Sub Zero Liquid Lupulin to hit a level of saturation that's super juicy without any vegetal drag.

Expect prodigious notes of strawberry, lime, and dank green pineapple. A massive hop bill of Chinook, Mosaic, Citra, Rakau, and Mosaic Cryo provides an comfortable bitterness that dries out quickly.

With rain in the forecast, there is no better way to kick off the weekend than by settling in with a fresh beer and some pizza. Come roll thru tomorrow!

Fully Adrift was brewed at Burnet by our Director of Brewery Innovation, Trevor. He's constantly evolving beer with innovative products layered throughout in each batch. This run featured a new-to-market hop named Thora that elevated it to another level. Shoutout to the Hop Quality Group, the USDA-ARS program, and our growing partners for that beauty. It’s been back on the menu for a few weeks now, but there’s something about a mild spring afternoon that makes this pie hit different. You get that savory warmth from the sausage and a moderate spice from the Sriracha and jalapeño, all balanced out by the fresh cucumber, pickled veggies, and cilantro.

Nose Jelly rises again tomorrow. Our collaboration with our buds at Ghost Town Brewing is back for a second round after securing Gold in the IPA category at the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup. A win like that deserves a celebration we can all share, so we brought this recipe back for one final drop.

𝗡𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗣𝗔 (𝟳.𝟯% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟮𝟬/𝟰-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀)
This batch is loaded with just about every version of Simcoe and Mosaic we could get our hands on: T90, Cryo, Cryo Fresh, Whole Leaf, and even some CO2 Extract. We then rounded out the hop bill with a hit of Nelson meaning Nose Jelly clocks in at roughly 9lbs/bbl of hops. Which is rad. We’re getting sharp aromatics of pine and dank citrus, backed by bright berry, tropical fruit, and grapefruit peel. The finish is firm and clean with a touch of drying bitterness.

You can snag 4-packs and draft pours across all taprooms at 11AM this Friday. If it’s anything like the last batch, this one will go quick, so plan accordingly!

We’ve got an exciting release lined up this Friday with Austin community stalwarts UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum. This collab is a true departure for us, leaning into the explorative side of lager brewing to celebrate local art and greenery. Check out the details below👇

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀 (𝟱.𝟬% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟭𝟰/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀): Built on a base of Dingemanns Pilsner malt, we utilized a unique blend of Strisselspalt, Mt. Hood, and Aramis hops to create a profile defined by brilliant clarity and a crisp, straw-gold pour. The aroma leads with fresh cracker and sweet bread, giving way to a flavor profile of herbal spice and soft floral notes. It finishes light and snappy with a balanced bitterness, meticulously crafted for outdoor sipping and garden wandering.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯: We’ve teamed up with our friends at the UMLAUF to brew something special for their annual Garden Party, which raises funds to support the UMLAUF’s year-round cultural, educational, and community programs! Inspired by the serene beauty of the UMLAUF, Garden Lotus is a liquid tribute to Austin’s favorite urban sanctuary. We looked to the Alsace region of France for inspiration, a Pilsner as elegant and balanced as the sculptures that inspired it.
