The mofongos are served with fried pork (carne frita), beef (bistec encebollado), chicken cracklings (chicarrones de pollo) or shrimp (camarones). We also offer our delicious "Mofongo Aniversario" which comes in a mortar and pestle. The "Mofongo Aniversario" is ideal for any special occasion; it is filled with our fabulous fricase de pollo and a side salad with cilantro dressing. Don't forget to toast it all down with a delicious Piña Colada. Our Cuban sandwich won the 2012 “Critics Cuban Sandwich Smackdown” by the Austin Chronicle’s Restaurant Poll Awards! It’s loaded with ham, roasted pernil pork, swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and grilled to perfection.
