raviata in Austin have deep roots in ‘made in house’ fare and ‘local ingredients,’ we are excited to bring our Mediterranean cuisine to the neighborhood. 68 Degrees features an extensive beer and wine menu for guests of varied budgets. Joan Gillcrist is owner of Andiamo!, a 22-year old neighborhood trattoria in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Joan began her culinary career working with her sister. Joan realized how much she loved the restaurant business and began her own venture. She is delighted to work with Marion again and bring 68 Degrees Kitchen to life. Executive Chef Marion Gillcrist​, owner of La Traviata in Austin, has been the chef of a long list of restaurants. Coyote Café, Café Escalera, SantaCafe, The Double A, and the Cowboy. Marion has served as chef de cuisines for famed chefs Mark Miller, Steven Pyles, and David Tanis.
