What is Beef Clod?! 🐮

Beef Clod is an old-school cut from the shoulder. Before brisket took over, this was the most popular cut around.

How does it taste? We can’t speak for clod you’ve had elsewhere, but ours eats like lean sliced brisket and is very tender. If you like lean brisket or usually trim off the fat, we highly recommend giving it a shot. Just looking to cut back on fat sometimes? Grab a slice alongside your brisket.

Available Wednesday through Sunday, and a great value when you need that beef on your BBQ tray.
