😋 It’s chili weather!

🌶️ It’s a tradition at our house to make Chili every Halloween, so we’ve brought that tradition to The Brewtorium!

🧑‍🍳 Our Senior Lead Line Cook, appropriately named, Ivan “Cook” Cook makes a damn fine chili that he whips up this time each year. It’s a little spicy and a lot zesty and delicious!

🍅 All-beef chili with a nice red chili base, a little tomato, garlic, onions, black beans, Bat City Blonde Ale, some herbs and spices and poof…the best damn bowl of red you could ever want!

🍽️ Taste Tested and stamp of approval from our staff and friends!

❤️ Here is Jon and Coopers Story: He has been by my side for 8+ years now. I adopted him from a rescue in Dallas where they said he was found wandering in a field in Garland, Texas. He has been by my side since. He is best dog anyone could every ask for. He is a shy boy at first but he will open up once you give him belly rubs and head pats.

As he is getting older, I wanted to do something to add to how special he is and the best way I can think to do that is to brew a b**r named after him. I chose this style because he has brown and white fur and this b**r is copper and brown with a white head.

🦮We don’t get much time with our loving pets and this b**r is meant to be shared while hanging out with our four legged friends.
