Ever since we have opened our doors this spring at our first ever location in North West Hills, your love and support has been overwhelming. All inputs, tips and advice is taken in earnest and appreciated. Saffron serves an eclectic mixture of traditional Indian Cuisine punctuated by the flavors of the Himalayas. Our food stand true to its roots and o

rigin while we source most of our produce locally. All dishes, sauces, naans and desserts are made in house from scratch. We are proud to be the first restaurant in Austin with a dedicated Nepalese menu. Nepal is a land of many flavors, while many of its dishes are indigenous and indicative of its culture and people, while few are inspired by its immediate neighbors, India and China. Our Nepalese menu is a thoughtful mix of both. We welcome Austin and its love for good eats with open arms! And Tashi Delek!
