This was a full service BBQ Food Trailer,then converted into a firework stand. 20’ Big Tex Trailer with a 14’ inclosure. BBQ Smoker is custom built, on tracks, and has so many possibilities. Guys it’s with a heavy heart we let you know, that due to unforeseen circumstances, we are closing The Crossroads Food Truck. BUT, we’ll be open all week for lunch and dinner so now is the time to come get that Smash Burger you know and love WITH those Fresh Cut Fries! Hey guys we are catering a bday party for Cassie this weekend! Happy birthday Cassie! Hawaiian themed so we’re lighting the smoker and loading it with pork butts, ham, pork burnt end kabobs making some Cowboy beans and coleslaw. Yes please!

It’s Tuesday and we’re open! Don’t worry about cooking tonight we’ve got you. Look what just went out the door y’all…..this is our signature Double Smash Burger piled high with caramelized onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and mustard served with our signature Fresh Cut Fries oh my! We make it the way you want it! Our Cinnamon Bombs went along for the ride with those burgers too. Come on in the gate is open!
