We're getting closer to opening our doors, and we can't wait to serve you this summer!

Interviews are still ongoing as the construction marches along. Thank you Azle and Springtown for the overwhelming interest in joining our team. We had well over 500 applications for about 40-45 positions and have been working to find the best team we can assemble. It will be extremely hard choosing 45 people out of 500 awesome candidates!
As we finalize our team we will start working hard to train in preparation for serving you soon!
We are still tracking towards opening late July!

Hiring Update:

We have had to pause accepting applications for Customer Service for now so we can work through interviews for the high number of applicants. We will reopen the job ads as we get closer to July.

We will continue to take kitchen applications briefly and will pause that process too until closer to July.

We are excited to work through the interviews! We look forward to setting up more later in June! Thank you Azle and Springtown communities! The interest has been outstanding!

Thank you for your patience! Preliminary hiring will begin soon. The initial wave of hires will be trained at the Lake Worth Chick-fil-A location while construction continues. Towards the end of June we will complete the remaining hiring in preparation for the Grand Opening.

Construction is coming right along! We are still on track for a late July opening.

Answer to some frequent questions:
- This location WILL have a playground.
- We will begin interviewing very soon - a QR code link to the application will be posted here and at the property once we get everything in place.
- In most cases we hire starting at 16 years old. (Federal Labor laws prevent those under age 16 from being able to work the shifts hours we need covered and those laws limit what those under 16 can do within the job.)
