I have 30+ years in the restaurant industry and want to bring southern BBQ and Appalachian comfort food here to Upstate NY.

Hi everyone! Thank you to all who have followed us. This is page was designed to keep everyone up to date on the progress of our restaurant venture. As most know it's a long process to get a restaurant going from the planning stage to the physical end result. Please be patient with us and we will be posting pictures of what we are doing at our homesteads in developing first class Southern Appalachian BBQ and Soul food. We already have a developed menu and a strong recipe base and are looking forward to bringing the best BBQ to the Upstate New York area. Thanks and much love to all of ya'll.
