I just rolled back into Baker with some fresh seafood from my hometown area where I grew up.

Decadent and buttery Black Cod (not actually related to the cod family). We are serving it seared with a white wine cream sauce (sauce bercy), grilled broccolini, and toasted walnut rice.

We also have fresh Oregon wild pink shrimp bruschetta. Roasted tomato, red onion, and olive oil.

Wagyu Smashburger - lunch only

local American Wagyu beef, house-made Tillamook American cheese, grilled onions, house pickles, burger sauce, potato bun, fresh fried potato chips.

Thank you for the delicious beef and for the Syrah grape leaves for the added touch to our house made pickles.

We plan to keep smasburgers on the menu through the summer for lunch only, served Saturdays and Sundays 11am-3pm.

Go Eastern Oregon readers voted us having the Best Bar, Best Bartender (Jenn) and Best Lunch (brunch and lunch wrapped together since no brunch category) in the eastern part of our state.

Beginning this Saturday with the change of summer hours we now have lunch service starting at 11am on Saturdays and Sundays. Brunch has moved to special accommodations only.

We want to thank our community for the support. We truly appreciate it!

For this summer we brought back some favorites from last summer including smoked meats from our (upgraded) wood fire offset smoker.

The smoked chicken leg (quarter) has a new Texas/Asian fusion BBQ sauce.

And don't sleep on that Tropical Stack. It may not have meat, but that combo with our Senbei rice crackers are delicious!

Our 2nd annual Kentucky Derby Watch Party May 2nd!

We are opening an hour early at 2pm for those that want to get there prefunk Derby style.

Woodford Mint Juleps and bubbles are highlighted as is at the Derby. We will also be cooking up some Kentucky favorites like Hot Brown, Pimento Cheese, and Burgoo.

Everyone that comes in and watches the Derby will draw a horses name out of our Derby hat and if your horse wins, you recieve a $50 gift card. We are also giving a $50 gift card to the person witj the best Derby hat. Our staff will all vote.

Oysters Weekend April 10th-12th! Oysters harvested and brought directly to us from the oyster farmers himself Friday..

Todd, the oyster farmer and owner of JAndy Oyster Company will be arriving Friday afternoon directly from my (Ryan, The Cabyn owner) hometown, Tillamook. Oysters harvested from my old "backyard", Netarts Bay.

Todd will be hanging out with us in the restaurant starting at 4pm until about 8pm on Friday night and ready to answer any questiin questions you may have about Oyster farming. Come Meet The Farmer, say high, eat oysters, and maybe buy him a whiskey 😉

Did you know oysters are at there peak quality right now after months of colder bay water temps? We will be serving them raw, grilled and fried this weekend.

As promised, we are bringing our brunch service back on special occasions!

Come join us on Easter Sunday from 10am-2pm for some of our favorite brunch dishes and beverages.

For food we will be making a few different variations of Eggs Benedict as we did before, the crowd pleaser Biscuits and Chorizo Gravy, and some new items that we didn't have last summer. All eggs will be from our local .

Jenn will be serving up her amazing Blood Mary and Mimosa variations as well.

Reservations taken for groups of 6 or more people. We plan to be well staffed and ready for you all!

Oh, you like hot sauce?  We have you covered with our continously rotating wall of hot!
