What's the secret behind our lamb lollipops? 👀🤫

Well… Rod shared SOME of it! 😂

When Doug from America's Best Restaurants visited Pyrenees Cafe, he got a little behind-the-scenes look at what makes our lamb lollipops such a longtime favorite.

From our special blend of spices and seasonings (some of which we're keeping to ourselves 😉) to our marinating and vacuum-sealing process, there's a lot that goes into making these lamb lollipops so flavorful and tender.

And for anyone who's ever said lamb is too gamey… you might want to give these a try!

Doug even compared the flavor to sirloin steak, and by the end, they were describing it as tasting like candy! 🤤🔥
