Big thank you to SmithBuilt Construction Group for having Choate BBQ out to serve lunch for the Cherokee County School District maintenance department today. We’re grateful for companies that take the time to invest in and appreciate the people working hard behind the scenes to keep things running every day. It was an honor to feed such a great group of folks.

Hi We’ve been a little quiet on the socials. That’s winter for you. We’re recuperating from the busyness of the festival season as well as holiday events and catering. Taking things slow. Enjoying the quiet.
This girl though, she’s been sick. She’s about to go in the shop for a new heart (engine) - preparing for the busy spring season and beyond. She’ll emerge with new energy, eager to head on down the road to events and catering, eager to serve you all the best around.
