We "may" be a hidden gem in Baltimore. The speakeasy-of-coffee. Not a cafe (anymore)! A warehouse coffee roastery tucked among some of the best arts and crafts folks in the country.

People who know coffee know what production it takes. They also know how to find good coffee (a phone and email never hurt either).

In May, I'll be posting a substack with hacks on roaster performed (post green coffee) carbonic maceration co-fermentation. And, I'm convinced that one of the reasons ours came out so fresh and flavorful is the fresh dry mountain air drying process I conducted on retreat. I'll talk about all this in the substack and more.
