Hello Pot Pie nation, I made a brand new batch of the fall farmers feta today. It is my take on ratatouille, but I make the classic vegetarian fricassee with 10+ farm stand veggies that I roasted with olive oil and garlic and then toss with the best crushed tomato and good Greek feta.
Looking forward to seeing you all at the farmer’s markets this weekend. I believe that all the markets will be handing out candy and many of the vendors, customers and a number of dogs will be wearing costumes.

Yesterday was the last Sykesville Farmer's Market of the year. It was another great season for Chef Dad in Carroll County (Mount Airy and Sykesville markets), so good in fact, that I was inspired to sign up to be a weekly vendor at the Liswood Market, a popular indoor winter farmers market to be held at the Lisbon Fire Department 16104 Frederick road in Woodbine every Thursday www.liswoodglenmarket.com. The first market is on 11/5. I look forward to seeing PPN there all winter. While coming to the farmer's market is one way to buy my pies it is not the only way. WE DELIVER!
