event in Baltimore was a success! put on an event to celebrate our community, reminding the youth to be the best version of themselves and giving them a real reason to celebrate at the end of the month with their loved ones. Our youth deserve to be celebrated. Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this happen. Breadcoin made it possible to bring in a vendor, , to feed over 50 families in the Upton community. So much fun.

Thank you to everyone that was involved in making this years Annual Haunted House possible for Waverly Elementary & middle school!! The volunteer help really made a difference wether you were there to set up or be an actually feature in the Haunted House. It could not have come together with out you!
Big thank you to coordinator for having us and always going above and beyond for the kids & staff at Waverly 💯

Butler Cooking Culinary & Fitness Program
Last week was Day 1 of the program! Here are some of the things we covered, reflection points & what the program is about
I have the great pleasure to work with 3rd grade! I started out by asking them what they believe stress is & what believe mediation is. The answers they gave were so great & I was glad to see that this group of 3rd graders had a grasp on the understanding of these topics. I believe the stress that kids take on daily is overlooked because they kids. Stress does not have a age limit so We focused on understanding what stress is and also ways to relieve the daily stresses of the day
We focused on fitness for this first day understanding different body movements and proper form. My favorite moment was in a single leg hop drill where I was able to teach them how to be patient and adjust there body weight before taking another jump. In that moment they were from laughing at one another to cheering each other on because they all could make it through the drill properly💯
We covered there knowledge of healthy eating and what it means to them to be healthy once again there answers were so great! Day 1 was fun for us all!
As a partnered vendor for the YMCA after school program the vision is geared towards teaching young scholars how food and fitness go hand in hand through different experiences. Focusing on things like self care, the different forms of meditation, foods that fuel, foods that boost mood & much more!!
