There's a moment at every table when the plates arrive and someone has to decide: pass it around, or guard it like treasure? 🍽

Some folks live for the shared table. A little foie gras here, a few bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese there, a charcuterie plate passed across the candlelight with Gouda, blue cheese, and a bit of everything. Half the fun is tasting it all and arguing over the last date.

Others know exactly what they want, and they want the whole plate. No sharing, no negotiating, no side-eye when someone reaches in with a fork.

Both are welcome at Paniolo. Our tapas format was built for the sharers, but we won't judge if you order the cold ginger chicken and quietly claim every last bite for yourself.

Order the Bacon Wrapped Dates and a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, and you might expect the sweet fruit and dry wine to clash. Instead, the high acidity of the wine cuts directly through the rich, salty bacon, making every single bite taste cleaner.
