This is why it is our promise to use only fresh, never frozen lobster. Our menu includes a variety of seafood and non-seafood selections. Our lobster rolls are available in three sizes, baby buoy 2oz, quarter pound and half pound. Also on the menu fried whole belly clams, clam strips, fish n' chips, crab rolls, sea scallops and shrimp. All seafood selections include fresh cut fries and cole slaw.

On the non-seafood menu cheeseburgers and red hot dogs. This is not a full menu and we often have limited time specials! We are dedicated to delivering only the highest quality, with everything being homemade and cooked to order! After a successful first season in 2017, we are proud to be known as “Greater Bangor’s Original Fresh Shucked Food Truck!”

We've had more difficult customers this season than ever before, so here's a friendly reminder.

We eat out too and we both have extensive food service experience. A one hour wait at a restaurant, by the time you get your drinks, apps and your meal is pretty normal. Busy pizza shops? Thirty to forty minutes isn't unusual either. All these places all have full crews.

Now, imagine a two-person crew cooking everything to order at that volume.

When you pull into our parking lot, the number of cars doesn't tell the whole story. One customer may be ordering a single basket, while the next orders enough food for a family. If you see a line of people AND cars here you can GUARANTEE that you won't have your food in hand in 10 minutes. We have customers who give us a hard time daily when we tell them it will be a 5-10 minute wait. Remember, every order is made fresh. No scoop and go here.

When we tell you there's an extra wait at the window, we're not making excuses, we're giving you a heads-up because we're busy and it's to help take pressure off the kitchen. Somehow, those are usually the same people who immediately try to rush us.

Every day, the two of us put in at least five hours of prep before we even open. We move as fast as we possibly can whether we are open or closed for business. Even on our busiest days, waits never exceed 45 minutes.

We are the smallest takeout around and arguably the busiest, but somehow we're expected to perform like a vending machine.

If you're looking for instant food, we're probably not your place.

If you're looking for fresh food made to order, we'll keep doing what we've always done.🦞

If you're joining us for lunch today, we have two quick requests:

Please do not open the umbrellas if they are closed. If they are closed that means we intentionally left them closed. This location is known for strong winds, and several umbrellas were damaged in yesterday's storm, after customers opened them. For everyone's safety, please leave them closed.

We're also expecting a party of 10+ during the lunch rush. While we regularly serve large groups, please remember they do place a significant demand on a two-person operation, especially during peak season, at peak times. Thankfully, we were given a heads-up, so if you're stopping by today, we appreciate your patience. As always, every order is made fresh to order, and we'll be working as quickly as we can!

This heat has us handing out Facebook insta-bans faster than you can say “lobster roll.” 🦞☀️😂 Just a reminder, we’re not here for the BS.

It’s been one of those stretches where even something as harmless as a meme turns into an excuse for people to come at us for absolutely no reason. We haven’t changed a thing, same food, same team, same standards for 10 seasons straight.

People are so quick to take shots at us. If you’re supportive, we see you and we appreciate you. If you’re showing up just to be negative, move along, this isn’t the place for it.

If you’ve had a great experience with us, A POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEW means more than you think and helps balance out that noise. People like to throw 💩 at things that shine. It's a shame how much we kill ourselves to put out the quality that we do for people and the negative reviews have been equal with the good reviews lately on Google. We must be making waves!🌊🌊
