Ever wonder what we get up to in the winter?

This January, our Head Roaster, Wallace, went down to Charlotte, North Carolina for espresso tech training and was certified by the Specialty Coffee Association to service espresso machines!

And in February some members of our staff went to visit coffee farms in Antigua, Guatemala! They toured the farms, tasted coffee beans and espresso, and learned all about the process of making coffee from start to finish!
