As Munay continues to grow, we’re looking for someone special to join this little dream.

We’re looking for a barista who loves creating beautiful drinks, enjoys making people feel welcome, and believes that the smallest acts of kindness can brighten someone’s day.

Munay was created with love. It’s inspired by family, home, and sharing a little piece of Peru 🇵🇪 through pastries, and warm hospitality. Our hope has always been that every person who walks through our doors feels comfortable, cared for, and leaves with a smile.

Experience is wonderful, plus having a kind heart, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are just as important to us.

If you enjoy working with people, appreciate good coffee, love beautiful desserts, and would like to be part of something that’s growing with care and intention, we’d love to hear from you.

These past few days have been heavy as I process the loss of two kind souls I had the privilege to know.

Audrie was light. Full of warmth, solidarity, and kindness. Through all the process of Fair On the Square markets and busy days, she always made time to ask how I was doing and offer support in ways that truly mattered. She carried such a genuine heart.

And Dave… I will always remember his patience and kindness during my very first job at Log Cabin. Starting somewhere new can feel intimidating, but he made things easier with the way he treated people.

It’s difficult to put into words the feeling of losing people whose kindness made others feel seen and welcomed. Their presence touched more lives than they probably ever realized.

May they rest peacefully, and may the love they gave continue living in the people who remember them.

You will find a meaningful memorial outside Amber Moon Floral for Audrie.
A service in her name will be held at Redlin Funeral Home, June 6, 3pm.

And for those who knew David (Dave), at Baldwin Funeral June 20, 11am.

Maybe we met today at Fair On The Square or maybe you just started following Munay. Either way, you are here and that’s what matters.

The news about getting a new home for my pastries still feels like a dream.
The Bella Vita Cafe was, and continues to be, such a special part of Downtown Baraboo’s heart.
Places like that leave behind warmth, memories, conversations, and community. Munay comes into this space with so much love and respect for everything that came before it, and I hope to create something that feels just as comforting and special in its own way ✨

This is only the beginning, I’m so grateful you’re here for it.

Saying goodbye is not easy, and this news was a heartbreaking one for me. Our beloved friends from Vanilla Bean will close this summer. Hope you can go and see all their stuff, they have all of the best things a baker would dream of. Wish you the best always! 🩷
