Creamy Alfredo Pasta
Per Quart Jar equals 4 servings

Pasta
8 oz fettuccine or linguine, broken into pieces

Alfredo Sauce Mix
½ cup whole milk powder

6 tablespoons heavy cream powder

½ cup powdered Parmesan cheese

1½ tablespoons butter powder

1 tablespoon flour

1½ teaspoons cornstarch

1½ teaspoons dried minced garlic

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Assembly
Add sauce mix to bottom of quart jar.

Top with broken pasta.

Seal tightly.

Cooking Instructions (Per Jar)
Bring 2½–3 cups water to a boil.

Add jar contents.

Simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

Stir in 1 tablespoon butter for extra richness if desired

Copycat Parmasan Crusted Chicken Longhorn Version

FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 Mins.
Cook Time: 15-20 Mins.

- 4 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup Italian Cheese Mix or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Stick Butter, Melted - 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
8 - Salt & Pepper to Taste

MARINADE:
- 4 to 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Buttermilk Ranch
- Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 to 2 Tsp Creole Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- Black Pepper to Taste

Mix Marinade let sit 25 mins or overnight.

Mix bowl of
1 cup Italian cheese parmesan
1/4 cup ranch
Mix set aside

Mix another bowl
1cup breadcrumb
1/2 stick or 4 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Set aside

Little olive oil to cast iron pan with 1/2 stick or 4 tbsp butter cast iron and heat it til it melts.

Sear chicken 3 minutes per side put cheese mixture and then bread crumb mixture on top.

Broil on low til brown in oven. 5 minutes.

Serve with itailan green beans and garlic butter noodles, mashed potatoes whatever your heart desires.

MAC CHEESE MIX

Combine following in quart mason jar:

3 cups powdered cheddar cheese https://a.co/d/05ZjXJBr

1 ½ cups dry milk powder (extra ½ cup added) https://a.co/d/04mWgHFb

¼ cup butter powder

4 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Close tight or vaccum seal for longer shelf life.

Cooking Instructions (Water Only)

Cook 8 oz pasta and drain.

Stir in:

½ cup cheese mix

¾ cup hot water

Mix until creamy and smooth.
Add pasta back and stir to coat.
For extra creamy mac and cheese, use up to 1 cup hot water.

Add ¾ to 1 cup hot water

Let it sit 1–2 minutes after stirring so the dairy powders fully hydrate and thicken.

Copycat Arby's homemade Deli-Style Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich 🥪🧀

I doubled these as 1lb makes 1 pack of 8 rolls as the man walked away with two before I could finish wrapping them. I made 1 round for his lunch and 1 round for the freezer.

Ingredients:
Makes 8 sandwichs

1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 cups beef broth
Onion powder, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp each of Ranch seasoning and Montreal Steak seasoning

Buns (onion rolls or sesame seed)
Cheese sauce (can Rico Nacho)
Arby or bbq sauce

Directions:

In a saucepan, heat the beef broth and season with onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
Add the roast beef to the broth, warming it gently.
While beef is warming, toast the buns.
For assembly, layer cheese sauce and warm roast beef, arby sauce, and cheese on top bun for extra cheesiness.
Serve with leftover broth as "au jus" for dipping.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes

So i double my portions while cooking and made both of these happen.

A breakfast bowl for the week and 2 breakfast pizzas for freezer or road food for me.

*I USED 2LB SAUSAGE FOR BOTH RECIEPES 1LB EACH AND I USED 12 EGGS FOR BOTH LIKE A 8 BOWLS/4 PIZZA SPLIT

Ill post the reciepes seperate below

BREAKFAST BOWLS********************
Ingredients

• 1 bag potatoes obrien with peppers onions

• homemade seasoned salt and pepper

• 12 eggs
• Few scoops Cottage cheese for protein (optional)

• 4 oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese

• 1lb sausage with 6 pieces bacon
• 1 sausage gravy packet or 1 can libby sausage gravy

• 6 individual-sized tupperware or glass containers with lids

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add potatoes, peppers, and onions to a large sheet pan then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, homemade seasoned salt, and pepper and then toss until evenly coated. Transfer half the vegetables to a second sheet pan then roast both pans for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring and rotating pans halfway through.

• Meanwhile, crack eggs into a large bowl then season with salt and pepper and add cottage cheese whisk until smooth. Heat a large skillet over medium heat then spray with nonstick spray and add eggs. Scramble until the eggs are just barely cooked through and still slightly glossy then scoop onto a plate and set aside.

Cook meat accordingly

• Divide the potatoes and eggs evenly between the containers then set aside to cool. Once cool, sprinkle with cheese then cover and refrigerate. Freeze any portions that aren’t eaten within three days.

BREAKFAST PIZZA
Ingredients

2 pack Aldi flatbread or walmart crusts

• 2 Tablespoons olive oil

• 8 large eggs

• 1 teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon pepper

• ⅓ cup milk

• 2 Tablespoons salted butter

• 15 ounce can Libby's Country Sausage Gravy or sausage gravy packet

• 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese

• ½ cup real bacon pieces with 4 sausage links cut

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Spray a large baking sheet (10"x 15") with nonstick cooking spray.

• Spread the pizza crust into the pan. Stretch it out to all the edges. Brush olive oil evenly on top of the crust. Poke the crust really well with a fork (this will keep it from puffing up too much.)

• Bake the crust for about 7 minutes on a middle rack. It should just start to be getting very light brown in color.

• While crust is baking, start making the scrambled eggs. In a medium-sized bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Whisk eggs really well for at least 2 minutes to combine.

• Preheat a pan on low to medium heat. Add butter. Once butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture. Gently scramble the eggs. The key to good scrambled eggs is to not cook them too fast or else they get rubbery. So just slowly move the eggs around until softly scrambled and fluffy. Turn off heat.

• When crust is ready, remove it from the oven. Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.

• Top the sausage gravy with scrambled eggs. Then top the eggs with shredded cheese. Finally, sprinkle the bacon pieces evenly over the cheese.

• Place baking pan back into the oven (middle rack) and cook at 425F degrees for another 6-7 minutes until everything is warmed through and cheese is melted.

• Slice into 12 slices. Then serve while warm.

Notes

• You can use a homemade pizza dough for this recipe or a store bought pizza dough ball. This can be made in a more traditional round shape if you prefer.

• Two cans of crescent roll dough sheets can be used instead of the pizza dough. Just make sure you push the seams together really well.

Pizza Pasta

This Pizza Pasta is an easy and highly customizable delicious meal for all the pizza lovers out there!

Equipment

• 1 Large Skillet

• 1 spatula

Ingredients

• 1 pound Ground Beef

• 1 pound Italian Sausage

• 3 cups Rotini Pasta

• ½ Yellow Onion diced

• 32 ounces Marinara Sauce

• Pepperoni Slices

• 1 cup Bacon Bits

• 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded

• 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

• 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

• In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage with the diced onions until the beef is fully cooked. Drain any excess grease, then season the mixture with Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.

• Stir in the pizza sauce, bacon crumbles, pepperoni slices, and cooked pasta. Mix until everything is well combined.

• Layer the top with shredded mozzarella cheese, extra bacon pieces, and pepperoni. Add any beef and sausage mixture you set aside earlier for that extra flavor.

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. For a crisp finish, broil on high for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

BASE
• 1 quart mason jar
• 2 ⅓ cups nonfat dry milk powder

• 1 ⅛ cups cornstarch

• ⅓ cup beef bouillon powder

• 2 ½ Tbsp dried onion flakes

• 1 ¼ tsp dried basil

• 1 ¼ tsp dried thyme

• 1 ¼ tsp black pepper

• 2 ½ Tbsp dried parsley

• 1 ¼ Tbsp garlic powder

STORE IN COOL DRY PLACE

put ingriedients in jars with oxygen absorber and seal them
