As mentioned in our prior posting, there's a TREMENDOUS amount of important activity going on now... PROGRESS here, as our kitchen flooring will be done today, and we'll be able to start moving equipment in very soon. Everything has its order and lines up once one piece of the puzzle is completed, and this gets us that much closer to opening. Get ready for some delicious "Boloney's East" food soon!

It’s been a true pleasure working with Angel & Emilio and their company Weather Comfort HVAC, who are fully responsible for putting in our walk-in cooler. They were one of the first contractors who gave us a quote on the Long Story Short Pub project, and after all was said & done ended up coming through with a fantastic finished product... that ended up doubling from its original size to accommodate all our food and beverage needs!

They can help you with basically any of your HVAC requirements – either commercial or residential – and we highly recommend you contact them when your needs arise.

This puts us one big step closer to finally getting open. There is a TREMENDOUS amount of major activities going on over the next couple weeks, and though we unfortunately won't hit our Q3 opening goal it will not be much longer. Stay tuned!

Early Saturday morning on a holiday weekend is a great time to hang a sign! Every day we're making more headway and will keep putting in maximum efforts towards the goal of opening by the end of Q3.
