Some things are worth fixing. ❤️

On August 3, 2020, I flipped on this very OPEN sign for the first time as a first-time nutrition club owner.

Since that day, we’ve watched our team flip on the OPEN signs of 18 additional locations. Every one of those clubs has been a blessing, and every one has become part of the story God has written over the last six years.

Yesterday, our original OPEN sign finally gave out.

It wouldn’t turn on. It wouldn’t turn off. It was just…done.

Sure, I could’ve hopped on Amazon and had a new one here tomorrow. But honestly? My heart sank. This little sign has been there since Day One. It’s seen every early morning, every late night, every celebration, every hard season, every answered prayer, and every person who’s walked through our doors.

As I was trying everything I could to bring it back to life, one of our customers said, “Can I take it home and see if I can fix it?”

Absolutely.

Today, he walked back in, sign in hand, hung it back up…and flipped that familiar neon glow back on.

It may seem like something small, but to me, it isn’t.

Our original OPEN sign is shining again..a little reminder that small businesses are built one day, one customer, one act of kindness at a time.

So today, I want to give a huge thank you to Eckert & Sons Professional Services for taking the time to fix something that meant so much to us.

If you need appliance repair, give them a call. If you’re shopping for new appliances backed by a 5-year warranty, give them a call.

Let’s keep supporting local families who are chasing the American dream, just like we are.
