Happenings From The Ridge: I remember as a child, that our family always got together on Sundays. Carloads of aunts, uncles, cousins would descend upon my grandparents home.

The house would be filled with the smells of the feast to come. It was the most fantastic food to share and enjoy.

The memories of those days have remained with me all these years later.

It's the recipes, the ingredients, the care that goes into the preparation of the same foods at The Ridge that instantly provides a jump to the memory.

As you enter the restaurant, you are surrounded by the pictures of the Family adorn the walls. The smells from the kitchen ignite the senses. As you close your eyes for that first bite, you already recall all those great days of old.

You find yourself telling your children about those days, when family all lived local and getting together was easier.
