Hey Family — it’s Marsha.
Some of you know me from the restaurant—and if you ever sat at one of our tables, you know it was never just about the food. We shared prayers, stories, laughter, and more life than a menu could hold.

When we closed our doors a couple of months ago, I promised to let you know what came next. Truth is, that same love and faith that filled our dining room found a new place to live—in a story.
My debut middle-grade book, "They Call Me Fish Lips," is almost here! 🐟

It’s about courage, humor, and learning that being different isn’t a flaw—it’s power.

I poured every ounce of hope, laughter, and real-life lessons into those pages. And FYI—my son, Joshua (whom most of you met and got to know), inspired my main character, Jahlil.

The way we fed hearts through food before, I’m hoping this story feeds a few hearts now.

With heavy hearts, we want to inform you that the building owners asked us to vacate the premises. This unexpected news means we have to cancel upcoming events & pause operation TEMPORARILY. Many of you have reached out "ready to battle," but... THE BATTLE IS NOT OURS... IT'S THE LORD'S! We are incredibly grateful for the love, support & prayers. Although this chapter may be closing, we trust that God is preparing the next one! So, this isn't goodbye... it's "see you soon!" While we wait on God, l will complete some personal tasks HE assigned me, two more books: "GOD'S LOUDEST WHISPER" & "ANGEL'S TRUMPET!" Sooo *stay tuned*
